Evanston Reads Mawi Asgedom
Evanston Reads is an all-Evanston, community-wide reading and discussion of Mawi Asgedom’s book, “Of Beetles and Angels: A Boy's Remarkable Journey from Refugee Camp to Harvard.” Asgedom has inspired teens across the US and has appeared on PBS and the Oprah Winfrey Show.
